Shipping, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy

• Delivery Time: Orders will be delivered within up to 14 business days (excluding Fridays and holidays).
• Order Inspection: You can open your order upon delivery to ensure it meets your expectations.
• Refusing Delivery: If you refuse delivery, shipping fees will apply.
• Refunds or Exchanges:
  • If the item is broken or faulty upon delivery, you are eligible for a free exchange or refund with no additional fees.
  • For non-faulty items, returns or exchanges are allowed under rare circumstances, and 3X the shipping fee will be deducted.
  • In rare circumstances, if a refund is processed without returning the item, it will be handled via Instapay. For cash refunds, 3X the shipping fee will be deducted.
• Important: For any refund, exchange, or return, you must contact the brand within 3 days of receiving your order.
