Shipping, refunds and exchanges

1. Delivery takes up to 14 business days (Fridays and holidays not included).
2. You can open your order upon delivery to ensure it meets your expectations.
3. You can refuse delivery but shipping fees will be applicable.
4. No refunds or exchanges are applicable unless item is broken\faulty upon receiving.
5. Under rare circumstances an exchange is to happen 3X the shipping fees will be deduced.
6. Under rare circumstances a refund is to happen, it is only available via instapay. If a cash refund is needed 3X the shipping fee will be deduced.
