How long do orders take to be delivered?
Orders in Cairo and Giza take up to 10 business days, anywhere else is 14 business days.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Once you've recived your order and the courier has left, you are not eligible for returns or exchanges, so please inspect your order upon delivery.
Can i inspect my order?
To ensure your up most satisfaction, you can open your package upon delivery while the courier waits to make sure everything meets your expectations. If for any reason you want to return your order you can give it back to the courier and only pay shipping.
Can I change or cancle my order?
