Exchanges and Refunds are only allowed if the item is damaged or faulty upon delivery, you are eligible for a free exchange or refund with no additional fees.
You must contact us within 48 hours of receipt for any returns or exchanges.
Exchanges and returns can take up to 7 working days to be fulfilled.
Refunds are only processed via Instapay, the refund will be received within 24 hoursafter the items have been returned.
For non-faulty items, returns or exchanges are allowed under rare circumstances, and 3X the shipping fee will be deducted from the refundable amount.
