Shipping policy

Orders will be delivered within 10 business days (excluding Fridays and holidays). Orders in upper Egypt and Red Sea can take up to 20 business days.

• The courier will try to contact you up to 3 times to deliver your order. If all attempts go unanswered, the order gets automatically cancelled.

• For Orders over 5k, we’ll reach out via Email or Whatsapp to confirm and ask for the full amount to be transferred via Instapay.

• If a customer doesn't receive their order or cancels it after 24 hours of being placed, they will be required to pay via Instapay for their next purchase.

•  You can inspect your order upon delivery to ensure it meets your expectations.

• If you refuse delivery, shipping fees will apply.
